Is the home visit really free?

Yes — within 30km of Drogheda. We come out, walk through what you need, take measurements if relevant, and send a written quote within 24 hours. Zero charge, zero obligation. If you decide not to go ahead, that's fine.

How quickly can you start?

Most jobs are scheduled 1–2 weeks out depending on hardware lead times and our diary. Urgent issues (broken Wi-Fi affecting work-from-home) we try to fit in within 48 hours.

Are you insured?

Yes — full public liability cover. Insurance certificate available on request before any job.

Do you take card payment?

Yes — card, bank transfer, or cash. We issue a proper VAT invoice for every job. Standard practice: 50% deposit on accepted quote, 50% on completion.

What happens after the install?

You get a walkthrough, written documentation, and 30 days of email support included on every job. For ongoing support and proactive monitoring, the monthly retainer is the cleanest option.
